
Customer Support Representative (with German Language Skills)
We are a stable European company that helps thousands of customers receive first-class service every day. To strengthen our friendly team, we are currently looking for an attentive and responsible Customer Support Representative with good German language skills.
Your Responsibilities:
- Answering written customer inquiries via email – no calls, no chat;
- Supporting customers with questions about orders, payments, deliveries, and returns;
- Ensuring polite, professional, and positive communication;
- Adhering to internal guidelines and using predefined response templates.
Your Profile:
- German language skills from level B1 (good written expression, text comprehension);
- At least 1 year of professional experience in customer service or a similar position;
- Proficiency in using a PC, high degree of accuracy and responsibility;
- Service orientation and team spirit;
- Residence in Ukraine (mandatory requirement).

- Work format: 100% remote (home office);
