Customer Support Representative (with German Language Skills)

We are a stable European company that helps thousands of customers receive first-class service every day. To strengthen our friendly team, we are currently looking for an attentive and responsible Customer Support Representative with good German language skills.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Answering written customer inquiries via email – no calls, no chat;
  • Supporting customers with questions about orders, payments, deliveries, and returns;
  • Ensuring polite, professional, and positive communication;
  • Adhering to internal guidelines and using predefined response templates.

Your Profile:

  • German language skills from level B1 (good written expression, text comprehension);
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in customer service or a similar position;
  • Proficiency in using a PC, high degree of accuracy and responsibility;
  • Service orientation and team spirit;
  • Residence in Ukraine (mandatory requirement).

  • Work format: 100% remote (home office);
  • Form of employment: Self-employment (FOP, Group 3);
