Job Description

Position: BuroWare ERP Implementation Consultant

Kenner Soft Service GmbH is a German IT company with offices in Ukraine and Germany, specializing in the development and implementation of software solutions for e-commerce, PIM systems, and ERP.

We are looking for a BuroWare ERP Implementation Consultant who will become a key member of our digital transformation team.

We are ready to train candidates without prior experience in BuroWare.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing clients’ business processes (warehouse, procurement, sales, finance, e-commerce).

  • Preparing and documenting requirements for BuroWare ERP setup and implementation.

  • Configuring and testing system modules.

  • Conducting workshops, interviews, and user training.

  • Collaborating with project managers, developers, and integrators.

  • Supporting ERP go-live for clients and further process optimization.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of ERP systems (knowledge of BuroWare or Odoo / SAP / MS Dynamics is an advantage).

  • Knowledge of logistics and e-commerce business processes.

  • Experience in describing and optimizing business processes.

  • Strong analytical thinking, ability to structure requirements and work with documentation.

  • Experience in digital transformation projects is a plus.

  • German language proficiency sufficient for communication with clients and colleagues.

  • Experience with SQL and any programming language.
